【入住流程】
1.入住時間為下午三點過後，入住前一天將告知鑰匙盒密碼，採取自助check in進房。
2.退房時間為早上11點，請勿延遲退房否則將額外收費。
3.退房手續：退房後請將鑰匙放回鑰匙盒內即可。離開前請檢查個人物品與行李是否帶齊。

【About Check-in/Check-out】
1.Check-in time: 15:00. We will give you the password of the key box by email one week before you arrive.
2.Check-out time: before 11:00. Please don't  check-out late or there will be an extra charge.

【※ 必讀重要注意事項 ※】

自駕開車請遵守日本的交通規則。 酒後駕車和無駕駛執照在日本嚴格禁止！罰鍰很重。 
請確認您是否有符合沖繩的國際駕照。（ex：台灣需日文翻譯本和台灣當地駕照同時出示才能租賃汽車。）
3.沖繩私人車位或是路邊停車非常嚴格，請勿任意占用。臨停、違停及超速罰鍰在日本很高請小心以免受罰。

4.本民宿採自助check in您將不會遇到房東，入住前有任何問題或需求都可以Email或是LINE私訊，提前與我們聯繫。

5.民宿不提供一次性拋棄備品及毛巾，請自行攜帶。(有提供沐浴乳、洗髮精)
6.民宿為房東的度假屋，房子內物品請愛惜並請勿帶走。

【Important things before booking】

1. There is no late check-out available. In case of late check-out, there will be additional charges. 
2. We don't provide luggage storage either before check-in or after check-out.
3. The best way to travel in Okinawa is driving. And while driving in Okinawa you should follow the traffic rules of Japan. Drunk driving and driving without license is liable for a heavy fine. 
4. You won't meet the host during check-in, we will give you a direction of how to check-in after you reserved. For any question please send Email or message to us in advance.
5. We only provide shower gel, shampoo and hair-dryer. Please bring your own towels and toothbrushes. 
6. Guests are responsible for the damage or loss of any belonging to our place, we retain the right to request compensation.

【重要租房規則】
*外出請關閉所有空調、電燈及電器電源。
*關於兒童住宿費：0至5歲免費。5至12歲：成人的一半。12歲以上：與成人同。

*若遺失鑰匙或是損壞屋內外設備，房東有權要求賠償。

*外出請關閉所有空調、電燈及電器電源，以及瓦斯開關，以免造成危險。
*外出請確實關閉門窗。
*請勿在戶外或任何空間施放煙火（仙女棒除外）。
*請依照預訂人數入住，沒有告知房東請勿任意添加人數以免造成雙方困擾。
*請勿使用超過您預訂人數的床組。 
*當入住實際人數比你預訂的人數多，我們有權拒絕接待。
*由於房東並不住在沖繩本島，如果您有任何疑問請直接用EMAIL或是FB私訊聯繫當地人員。 
*退房時清潔人員會帶走垃圾，請把垃圾分類好放在房間裡或是陽台上。 
*請勿將垃圾丟棄在其他地方尤其是［戶外］！如被鄰居檢舉將產生罰款。
*丟棄垃圾前請確實執行垃圾分類，以免受罰。
*請把車停在指定的空間(民宿前可以停放兩台車)，嚴禁臨停、隨意停在路邊(在日本白線也是違法)或是占用鄰地。
*請確認住房安全及保持安靜，以免造成鄰居困擾。 如因噪音被投訴將向製造噪音者求償，請務必遵守規則。

* 續住房客並不提供清潔服務，如需額外打掃需加收￥8500 次。
* 旅宿房間內有提供冷氣但無暖氣。
* 該旅宿無法提供提早入住的服務。

【Regulations】
*For the safety consideration, please turn off air-con and lights when you go out.
*Fee for children: 0-5 years old per night: FREE. 5-12 years old: half of adult's. 12 years old or older: adult rate.
*Please don't lose the key. Any damages to our property or loss of the key will need to be paid for. 
*For the safety consideration, please turn off air-con, lights, appliance switch and gas when you go out.
*Make sure to close all the windows and doors when not in the house.
*Don't set off fireworks, it's prohibited in Japan. Except for sparkler.

*We only accept the same number of guests as you reserved, please don't add extra number of people without our permission.
*Don't use linens beyond the number of people you reserved.
*The host isn't live in Okinawa, if you have any question please send Email or message to us in advance.
*Please resource the garbage and recycle trash then put them in the balcony or in the room. Don't put the garbage outside of the property, there will be a fine of 1000USD if someone report it.
*Please park the car at the parking lot of our property.  Don't park at others property or on the roads.
*Please don't make noise loudly, or it might be report by the neighborhood.

*We won't cleaning for guests stay more than one day. For extra cleaning service: ￥8500 for once.

*There's no heater with the air-conditioner.

*There's no early check-in service.

【Mail訂房取消或退房規則】
1.於入住日期21日 (含)前取消訂房，得請求旅宿主人退還100%已付總房費。
2.於入住日期7-20日取消訂房，得請求旅宿主人退還50%已付總房費。
3.於入住日期1-6日取消訂房或怠於通知者，旅宿主人得收取100％已付總房費，並不可延期(天災除外)。
（如您的預定是透過Airbnb或是Asiayo請參照各自網頁上的退款機制）

＊航空公司班機延誤或取消造成無法入住，請及時主動告知並需提出航空公司證明，訂金保留一年。
＊因颱風等天災而造成航班取消或是其他重大交通路況相關問題，全額退費。

【Cancellations of reservation by Mail】
1.Cancel up to 21 days before check-in and get a 100% refund.
2.Cancel within 7-20 days before check-in and get a 50% refund.
3.Cancel within 1-6 days before check-in or failure to inform us is non-refundable. 

(The cancellations policy follow the website which you made the reservation from.)

＊For whom failed to check-in due to the flight is delayed/postponed/cancelled: Show us the Delay/Cancelation Verification of your flight from the airlines. The room deposit will be reserved for 1 year.
＊If your flight cancelled due to adverse weather condition (such as typhoon, thunderstorm or other act of nature)or other severe traffic situation. A 100% refund will be given.
